Curvelet Transform Based Compression Algorithm for Low Resource Hyperspectral Image Sensors

The wavelet transform is widely used in the task of hyperspectral image compression (HSIC). They have achieved outstanding performance a (HS) image, which has attracted great interest. However, based algorithm (HSICA) low-coding gain than other state art HSIC algorithms. To solve this problem, manuscript proposes curvelet algorithm. multiscale mathematical that represents curve and edges HS more efficiently transform. experiment results show proposed high-coding gain, complexity, at par coding memory requirement, works for both (lossy lossless) compression. Thus, it suitable contender process sensors.
